SECONDARY FIXES, not sure whats needed after first major fix: The only reason for this i can think of is that my cheap mouse defaults to 125~hz as opposed to 1000hz for my good gaming logitech mouse, it also might be due to remnants of logitech drivers that tried to take control of HZ rate over the HZ rate program, needs to be tested further

The key for me was NOT having a logitech expensive gaming mouse, otherwise it will say 'this device will not function with a filter' or similar, might be a problem with other big names even 62 did not work, assumingly it needs to be well below your max fps so might still mess up at super low fps, but despite horrible input responsiveness i havent had a single camera chop in 4 days I finally fully fixed it by getting a cheap mouse and using this guide to change polling rate to 31hz. I should not I've seen people have this problem with 1.12 and 1.13 classic and the #1 fix below fixed it for me on this client UPDATE: things with a question mark are not used or probably not the issue, more bullets = more likely the issue, exclamation point = more likely the better option
